Description The estate is part of a complex near the sea on the central coast of chile, outside the village of Zapallar. The presence of many houses of different styles and without defined property limits makes the theme of privacy central. The L-shape of the house, therefore, defines an internal  garden overlooked by the windows and everyday life. The plantations of myrtle and other native species following a wave-like design is a reference to the thick vegetation of the surrounding hills. The white and blue blossoming during the summer alludes to the ocean’s waves visible on the horizon.
